Climate Science Legal Defense Fund Events at AGU 2017
More than 20,000 members of the geosciences community will gather in New Orleans from December 12-16, 2017 for the American Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting, the world’s largest gathering of Earth and space scientists. We’ll be there with a full slate of legal education programming, including a workshop on science activism and the opportunity for a free consultation with one of our attorneys.
Below is a list of our activities; you can also stop by Booth 1554 in the Exhibit Hall to say hello, pick up our free legal education materials, and collect swag.
One-on-One With a CSLDF Attorney

These free consultations allow researchers to meet with an attorney who works on science litigation and ask legal questions regarding their scientific work. Email lawyer@csldf.org to make an appointment. Appointments are available in 30-minute time slots, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
Workshop: Legal Issues for Scientists Interested in Activism
