We will keep all communications confidential to the full extent of the law, but the submission of an intake form to the Climate Science Legal Defense Fund (CSLDF) or communicating with us does not mean that CSLDF is representing you in any manner. CSLDF attorneys are not representing you unless and until you receive written notification and have signed an engagement letter. Until such point, your intake is under review, and if we request additional information or documents from you, this is only a part of the intake process. CSLDF cannot guarantee any particular timeline for review of, or a decision regarding, your intake form. You should educate yourself about the relevant deadlines and/or statute of limitations, and CSLDF is not responsible for alerting you to such limitation periods during the intake process.
